To meet the needs of our clients, Analytical Accounting Control Systems, was established as a Los Angeles CPA firm to provide accounting, tax, and business advisory services to corporations, small businesses and individuals throughout greater Los Angeles. Mark J. Fronke

Mark is the President of Analytical Accounting Control Systems. He provides senior-level financial management and accounting services to owner-operated business organizations to assist in ensuring accurate and timely historical and prospective financial reporting. Client organizations include operating companies in manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses in the food products, technology, aircraft, entertainment, printing, oil and gas, and real estate management industries.
Mark is a Professor of Accounting at Cerritos College in the Accounting and Finance Department of the Business Division. The courses he taught include all core accounting subjects of financial, managerial, cost accounting, and computer related courses of electronic spreadsheets (Excel) and computerized accounting (QuickBooks and MAS 90) and personal financial planning (Quicken). |
Prior to 2005 Mark was a sole practitioner assisting companies with strategic planning, accounting systems design, accounting software selection and implementation, financial analysis, and cash, asset and general financial management. He served as part time Chief Financial Officer/Controller and MIS Director in a wide variety of industries to develop and implement automation objectives, negotiate financing arrangements, hire personnel and administer financial planning and reporting cycles. In 1985, Mark was the Assistant Corporate Controller for a multi-national billion dollar restaurant and manufacturing and distribution company.

Julie M. Porter
Julie is a Client Service Manager and provides management-level accounting services to businesses in both LA and Orange Counties.
Prior to her position at AACS, Julie held management-level accounting positions in privately held corporations as well as public companies. Her responsibilities included review and management of general accounting functions as well as internal financial reporting and financial reporting to the SEC.
Julie earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant while employed with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. She was a member of the audit staff and successfully completed audits of private and public companies with revenues ranging from $500,000 to $10 billion.
Ms. Porter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business (Accounting) from California State University, Fullerton

Corrie Vasquez

Corrie is a Client Service Manager and responsible for the business management of the office and the service to our clients, including accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation and planning. She has over 20 years management experience in banking, non-profit organizations and private business including 12 years in accounting and tax preparation.
Corrie has attended various training seminars for Banking Service and Accounting through the American Institute of Banking, Business Management through the Savings and Loan Institute, Tax Law and Theory through the UCLA Extension program and is registered by the California Tax Education Council. |

Mayra Vera

Mayra is a Staff Accountant servicing clients using QuickBooks to record transactions and reconcile accounts for accounts payable, accounts receivable and the general ledger. She has experience as an office manager for an insurance agency where her duties included customer relations and sales. |
